Made to order
Every VAZIR piece is printed and finished after you order it. Nothing is pre-made. This keeps waste down, and it means our return terms are narrower than a conventional retailer’s. Please check the size guide before ordering.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not entered production. Email orders@houseofvazir.com with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 80740 61021.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only where the product is:
- Damaged or defective on arrival
- Materially different from what was ordered — wrong item, wrong size, or wrong colour
- Affected by a printing error on our side
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered, where the item matches our size guide
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or have had tags removed
- Custom, personalised, or corporate bulk orders
How to raise a return
Email orders@houseofvazir.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A photograph of the product tag
We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you where the fault is ours.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–7 business days to reflect the credit.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. We will request your account details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the fault is ours.
Exchanges
Where an exchange is approved and the replacement is available, we will produce and dispatch it once the original item has been received by us. Exchange timelines follow our standard production schedule.
