Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order processing
All VAZIR products are made to order. We do not hold finished stock.
Once your order is confirmed, production begins within 1 business day. Printing and quality checks take a further 2 business days before dispatch.
Delivery timelines

Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–6 business days. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may extend during festive periods, sale events, or due to courier or weather disruption.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders of ₹1,000 and above.
Orders below ₹1,000 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹50, shown at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery orders do not carry any additional handling fee.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. We are unable to change the address once an order has entered production.
If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery was repeatedly refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges will apply.
Failed delivery
Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you at that point to arrange redelivery or a refund, less shipping costs already incurred.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, email us at orders@houseofvazir.com within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and the contents.
