1. About these terms
This website is operated by House of Vazir, registered in Telangana, India, trading as VAZIR (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing houseofvazir.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary between screens and from the finished garment. Small variations in print placement are inherent to made-to-order production and are not defects.
Sizes follow the size guide on each product page. Please measure before ordering.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and we have sent a confirmation email.
We may cancel an order where the product is unavailable, the pricing was incorrect, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders, subject to pin code and order value.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the VAZIR name, logo, designs, artwork, photography and copy — belongs to us and is protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
9. Custom and corporate orders
Custom and corporate orders are subject to a separate written quotation and confirmation. Once artwork is approved and production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork you supply to us, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You accept responsibility for any claim arising from artwork you provide.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
